General Pico, LP partnered with RENFU to launch a campaign to collect and recycle used tires

The Municipality of General Pico's Environmental Management Department partnered with RENFU to launch a campaign to collect and recycle used tires at the Urban Solid Waste Transfer Station. The collected tires were reintegrated into various production circuits using special equipment to reprocess them into materials for anti-noise panels, artificial grass fields, playground safety, resurfacing roads, etc.

The Municipality of General Pico's Department of Prevention and Citizen Coexistence made a virtual reality driving simulator available to the public. The driving simulator was designed specifically for residents who are training for their first category B driver's license test but anyone who wants to practice driving can schedule an appointment.
