Glendale Heights, IL Public Works Department utilized Waterly to eliminate manual data entry
The Village of Glendale Heights Public Works Department utilized Waterly to eliminate paper-based manual data entry for water systems inspections. The Public Works staff now use iPads instead of papers and clipboards during daily rounds to collect, analyze, and format data. The improved digital process removes the possibility of transcription errors and allows the staff to generate monthly IPEA reports with a single click.
