Glenorchy, TAS develops its Urban Tree Strategy with the help of resident feedback on EngagementHQ
The centerpiece of the campaign is an interactive map accessible by registered EngagementHQ users. Residents indicate their favorite trees, areas in need of additional canopy, and suggestions for community planting events with map pins. A quick survey seeks snap decisions on existing tree inventories with a more substantial survey available for comments. Glenorchy will incorporate this feedback when developing a draft of a 10-year plan for its urban tree canopy.
