Goshen, IN Police Department will be the first in the state to use a virtual training simulator
The Goshen Police Department is planning to purchase a virtual training simulator from GOVRED Technology Inc. for $62,500. The Apex Officer Training Simulator allows trainers to give presentations, conduct interactive testing, and provide immersive scenario-based exercises with detailed debriefing. The virtual training simulator was designed to increase an officer's skills and confidence in a safe but challenging environment through highly interactive scenario-based exercises.
