Grenoble, ARA Citizen Engagement Account connects volunteers with professional training
The city of Grenoble created the Citizen Engagement Account as a practical tool to connect interested volunteers with training and volunteer opportunities. Registered volunteers can establish acquired skills, within the framework of a "Validation of Acquired Experience", through professional volunteer activities. Participants receive credits for training hours in their Professional Training Account after approval from a Citizen Engagement Account validator.

Grenoble, ARA is launching a short-term rental service for e-scooters and cargo bikes
The city of Grenoble is launching a micro-mobility, short-term rental service offering residents access to electric scooters and electrically assisted cargo bicycles. Reduced speed zones will be set up in pedestrian areas and arounds schools with maximum speed of vehicles of 25 km/h for cargo bikes and 20 km/h for scooters. For people with reduced mobility, it will be possible to rent a fixing system allowing them to motorize their manual wheelchair thanks to the scooter.

The city of Grenoble, the Communal Center for Social Action (CCAS), and a collective of associations of volunteers fighting against exclusion, isolation, and loneliness created the "Solidarites Grenoble" website. The solidarity website contains a network of links and maps for 358 locations where residents and visitors can access necessary services. The website includes places to eat, receive healthcare, securely store belongings, access hygiene products, etc.

Grenoble, ARA developed the DAMME procedure which pools event materials for local associations
The city of Grenoble partnered with the association Retour de Scène to develop the "Dispositif Associatif de Mutualisation de Materiel Evenementiel" (DAMME). The DAMME procedure provides associations with the technical means to carry out their local projects by pooling logistical and event materials. Participating associations contribute to the maintenance costs of equipment which gives them the opportunity to borrow materials such as tables, signage, structures, catering equipment, etc.
