The goal of this Wi-Fi expansion is to strengthen digital participation in the community by guaranteeing access to digitally-available administrative services for all residents.

The City of Jena's Youth Welfare Department partnered with 35 institutions, clubs, cafes, and shops to publish and distribute a map of local breastfeeding and diaper changing areas for new parents. The "BabyMap" is available online and is accessible via a QR code on flyers posted at the respective entrance areas of participating establishments.
