Five participating homeowners received free assessments from Certified Energy Advisors. Each assessment concluded with retrofit recommendations that qualify for local government and energy company rebates. Kamloops focused on homes built before 1992 with disproportionate emission levels. Participants who completed the recommendations were estimated to save up to 80% on energy costs.
