Kangasala worked with Koivu Cloud on a solution for scheduling issues in key service areas. Nurses, care supervisors, and assistants verify their qualifications during the registration process. The app is open to qualified municipal employees, non-employees, and students. SoTender displays available shifts across the council's care services as well as special instructions from supervisors. Registered users easily reserve shifts and set up email notifications of future opportunities.

The City of Kangasala launched an e-family center website to serve as a centralized location for services aimed at children, young people, and families. The user-friendly website showcases all of the available services divided into age groups or according to the life situation. Users can also access a data bank of life management tips, lists of physical meeting places, and links to third-party services.

Kangasala, FI introduced Posti's tray distribution service which delivers residents' care supplies

The City of Kangasala partnered with Tuomi Logistiikka Oy to become the first municipality in Pirkanmaa to introduce Posti's tray distribution service. The new service allows residents to place free delivery orders of care supplies. Additionally, residents can collect care product packages from Posti's parcel box or directly from the store. The service was designed to expand customers' choices and streamline the process of ordering care supplies.
