Kelowna, BC Citybot Chatbot Capabilities COVID-19 Questions

The Citybot answers keyword requests and questions related to the pandemic. Residents click the bot logo on the city's website and find a search bar along with frequently asked questions. Developers designed Citybot with conversational capabilities that point users to the right resources. This project will determine if the chatbot can be adapted for automated form completion, voice activation, and more complex questions.

New Kelowna Citybot can answer COVID-19 questions | City of Kelowna

The City of Kelowna recently added a new member to its chatbot family. Launched on Dec. 7, the Kelowna Citybot can answer some common questions about the City’s response to COVID-19 and services during the pandemic. The Citybot joins Link, Kelowna International Airport’s web chatbot, as a new way to access information and services online.
