Lane Cove's Tree Team used this GIS mapping platform to gather data on more than 12,000 trees in the area. The TreePlotter INVENTORY portal shows the benefits of Lane Cove's tree canopy including energy savings, carbon storage, and stormwater runoff. A color-coded map filters for tree species, diameter, and status. Clicking on a specific tree reveals its location, species, height, and ecological benefits. Each tree includes a Google Street View image.
