The portal accepts citizen requests for non-emergency services in 17 categories including water leaks, animal control, and vandalism. The Citizen Issue/Request Portal also delivers accessible documents, open records, and Freedom of Information requests to the relevant departments. Town staffers respond to every request within 48 hours and provide updates through completion.
