The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council Budget, Finance and Economic Development Committee is considering a $3.4 million proposal to lure remote workers with new incentives. If approved, the county would offer up to 200 high-wage remote workers $10,000 in moving allowances over two years.

Map users facing food insecurity locate meals, mobile snacks, and pantries available without identification. Each pin on the map can be clicked to find hours, locations, and available services. Local officials work with Glean Kentucky and FoodChain to update the Urgent Need Food Map based on service changes.
