L'Hospitalet de Llobregat City Council and the Ministry of Trade's School of Industrial Organization are launching the Millennials program to strengthen the employability of young people by with digital skills training. The Millennials program was developed as part of the City Council's strategy for transforming L'Hospitalet into a fully connected city without a digital divide. The Millennials program courses are designed for 400 young people aged 16 to 29 looking to reorient their careers.

L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, CT launched a pilot to train residents in community conciliation tasks
The L'Hospitalet City Council's Department of Coexistence launched a pilot program to promote mediation between neighbors to overcome conflicts. The program started by creating a network of collaborative community conciliators by enrolling citizen organizations in a one-year training class in public conflict management and community mediation taught by the University of Girona. The program graduates then volunteer in collaborations with municipal staff to improve coexistence in the city.
