Londrina, PR encourages employee-led improvements through the Innovation Incentive Program
Municipal employees were asked for proposals on service, technology, and process improvements. A six-member committee reviewed applications for feasability during a two-month demonstration period. This committee also evaluates data from each pilot project prior to selecting the five best projects in November 2021. Finalists in the Innovation Incentive Program covered areas from public safety to budget management.
