The project is 100% funded from the savings derived from implementing these initiatives.

The emergency notifications such as boil water alerts, weather advisories, and road closures are sent directly and instantly to residents via text messages, emails, and voice calls. The new platform replaces the previous system which relied on social media and other non-universal less efficient communication channels.
