County officials anticipate the system's use by other local councils as well as a subscription option for individuals.

Residents of the rural town use the Surrey connect app, website, and phone number for trip requests anywhere in the service area. Accessible minibuses are automatically routed to accommodate up to eight travelers at a time. Each trip must originate in the blue or green zone and end in the opposite zone. The fare for a one-way trip is £1 in cash.
