The City of Montreuil established "D'clic Santé" a simplified and free healthcare system offering free medical consultations to all young adults. The D'clic Santé system was designed to help young residents obtain their Carte Vitale health insurance card and choose a general practitioner. The free medical consultation addresses the participant's individual needs in terms of nutrition, risky behaviors, family planning, dental care, etc.
