The city of Nantes launched the “My shop on trial” program to revitalize local commerce by encouraging the development of new shops and daily services. Participating entrepreneurs can test a new business at one the available vacant premises for one to three years, with a rent that is 20-30% lower than the market price, and without committing to a conventional commercial lease.

Trois boutiques à l’essai pour tester son commerce de proximité

Dans le quartier du Breil, trois locaux commerciaux vacants depuis des années ne demandent qu’à revivre. Nantes Métropole propose aux porteurs de projets de venir y tester leur activité, dans le cadre du dispositif « Ma boutique à l’essai ». Les candidats peuvent postuler jusqu'au 30 septembre 2021.
