Onondaga County, NY requests open-ended proposals from ISPs on $15 million broadband expansion
Onondaga County issued a request for proposals asking internet providers to help connect 1,500 rural residents with broadband services. The county has approved spending $15 million on expanding broadband services and the only specific requirement for the open-ended proposals is that they include an offering for low-income households.
