The Owensboro-Daviess County 911 dispatch is using the 911eye system to allow emergency dispatchers to directly receive videos and photos during an incident. The 911eye system helps first responders by improving their preparation with additional situational awareness. The 911eye system sends callers a link that accesses their smartphone's camera where the footage is used to help emergency response crews before being stored as evidence.
