Pforzheim, BW asks young residents to envision the city's future with Minetest program
Residents aged 9 to 22 were invited to redesign Pforzheim with the open-source program. Design teams first built the city's existing buildings on a common server. This stage included online chats and regular workshops where young planners shared their experiences. Participants are later encouraged to fill vacant lots and underused spaces with their own designs. The program builds collaborative and design skills while increasing youth connections to the city.
