The city of Reims launched the "Reims Contact Signalement" mobile app to offer residents a quick and easy method for reporting various situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users can report daily disturbances such as potholes, litter, and broken lights with just eight simple clicks and a photo attachment in the mobile app. Within a few minutes the user's geolocated request will be processed by the appropriate department and an automatic message with request status tracking will be emailed.

Reims, GES created an anonymous reporting tool to remove noisy vehicles with unapproved engines
The city of Reims created the "STOP RODÉO" anonymous reporting tool to improve residential tranquility by addressing the nuisance of noisy traffic. Residents can send photos of storage locations located in public areas which contain motorcycles and quadricycles without registration or equipped with a non-approved engine. The Municipal Police will follow-up on each report and remove the vehicles if the owners are not compliant with Departmental Health Regulations.

Reims, GES implemented a Low Emissions Mobility Zone to improve local air quality
The city of Reims implemented a Low Emissions Mobility Zone (ZFEm) in which the most polluting vehicles are restricted to help improve local air quality. In order to travel inside the ZFEm, every vehicle must have a Crit'Air sticker which indicates its environmental class and is valid for the entire lifespan of the vehicle. Residents can order Crit'Air stickers through the website of the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition.

Reims, GES offers residents in the Low Emissions Mobility Zone a subsidy to swap vehicles
The city of Reims is offering residents financial assistance to swap their vehicles for less polluting models in conjunction with the launch of the city's Low Emissions Mobility Zone (ZFEm). Eligibility is limited to residents who live or work in the ZFEm and have a Reference Tax Income less than or equal to €13,489 per tax share. The assistance provided by the city is capped at 40% of the cost, up to €3,000, for financing an engine modification or the purchase of an electric or hybrid vehicle.
