In Progress

Eighty percent of Rosario's collected recyclables are gathered by freelancers. The Rosario Circular proposal creates three circular economy centers for centralized drop-offs and payments. This project educates businesses and residents on proper waste sorting techniques. Rosario anticipates a 30% increase in collector wages and safer work conditions.
