s-Hertogenbosch commissioned the mobile app as part of its 'S-PORT campaign for neighborhood-based exercise. De Beweging - The Movement - presents an interactive exercise experience for residents in the Gestelse Buurt neighborhood. App users scan QR codes on 10 signs along the two-kilometer route for augmented reality demonstrations of fun activities. Local officials recruited athletes and neighborhood residents for demonstrations primarily aimed at young people.

The Municipality of s-Hertogenbosch partnered with PowerUp073 to launch "DropZone" a consultation service for young people during the COVID-19 pandemic. The DropZone volunteers provide advice to young people aged 12 to 23 on school, health, relationships, loneliness, debt, divorce, domestic violence, etc.
