Salvador, BA Littering Hotspots Awareness Green Spaces

In Progress

City-owned Limpurb identifies littering hotspots based on resident complaints and field observations. Local volunteers clean each location and plant seeds to turn the hotspot into a green space. Limpurb adds signage near the converted space about the program as well as local littering regulations. This initiative addresses pest infestations, blighted lots, and shortages of green spaces throughout Salvador.
