Shoppers can pick up or download a new bingo card each month. The card includes spaces like "pick up local bakery" and "shop at local toy shop." The city maintains a list of participating locations that provide stamps for the cards. Cards with complete rows or columns are entered into a drawing for three gift cards valued up to $200. Local businesses that participate in Retail Bingo receive free advertising from the city's project partners.
