Seraing, WLG partnered with Wikipower to launch a group purchase to reduce household energy bills

The City of Seraing partnered with Wikipower to launch a group purchase of green electricity and gas. The group purchase operation brings together a large number of households in order to negotiate advantageous prices with energy suppliers. The goal of this group purchase is to save residents an average of 245 euros per year on their household energy bills.

Seraing, WLG launched a washable cloth diaper awareness campaign with subsidies for participants

The city of Seraing partnered with the Intercommunal Association for the Treatment of Liégeois Waste (Intradel) to develop brochures, video tours, and live webinars with useful information on washable cloth diapers. The awareness campaign was designed to teach parents and early childhood professionals about the environmental advantages of washable cloth diapers. Participants were rewarded with a washable diaper subsidy, up to €200, worth 50% of their purchase.
