Viborg, DK is piloting the LOVOT social AI robot in nursing homes to help people with dementia
The Municipalities of Viborg, Skive, and Aalborg partnered with GROOVE X to pilot the LOVOT in Danish nursing homes. LOVOT is a social robot with artificial intelligence that responds to touch, speech, and eye contact. The pilot project was designed to investigate whether social robots can help increase the quality of life for people with dementia.
