The council's Social Care Team identified the negative emotional impacts of lost memories on children in the foster care system. Nebula Labs developed a Virtual Memory Box for the collection of pictures, sounds, and thoughts throughout a child's life. An easy-to-use dashboard allows carer management of uploads and notes about service needs. Care leavers and kids moving between foster homes can recall positive experiences by searching their timelines.
