The City of St. Albert's Municipal Enforcement Services created the "Toys for Tickets" campaign to support less fortunate families during the holidays. The campaign gives residents the opportunity to submit new toys as an alternate form of payment for their parking tickets. Eligibility for the campaign is limited to recent parking tickets and the value of the donated toy must be at least $25 to qualify.
