Thurrock Council, GB improves its Troubled Families initiative with the xantura OneView platform
The Troubled Families team lacked a unified source of vulnerability data for early interventions and debt collection. The OneView platform automates the collection and analysis of data specific to the community, replacing previously used regional datasets. Team members can access updated debt and employment data that are essential to case management. Council officials use OneView reports for granular and large-scale views of economic vulnerability.
