Participating vendors receive quicker payments by allowing small discounts on the costs of products and services. Oxygen Finance applies a sliding discount scale based on the speed of council payments. Premier Supplier Service includes a UK-first Freepay option whereby individuals and microenterprises receive early payments without discounts.
