Wels, OOE KIGA-Portal digital parent communication platform

The city of Wels launched "KIGA-Portal" a digital parenting platform where parents can communicate directly with their children's education and care facilities. Registered parents can provide their contact information, send personal messages to facility staff, schedule appointments, review their children's meal plan, etc. Every eligible parent with one or more children enrolled at a municipal child education or care facility received a letter with instructions for using the KIGA-Portal platform.
