The Edinburgh and South East Scotland City Region Deal launched a job matching service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 Job Support website allows employers in the region to advertise job opportunities and local residents to search for live vacancies. This project was accelerated to help individuals that lost their job or had their hours reduced due to the outbreak. Users can also register for customised vacancy alerts and support advice as part of the service.
