Residents who are isolated or negatively impacted by COVID-19 are the primary targets for this service. Wellbeing support consultants are assigned to Community Hubs that maximize their contacts with the public. Each patron receives personalized referrals to services ranging from job training to mental health counseling. The Wellbeing Support Service rekindles community spirit by recommending clubs, courses, and activities based on resident interests.
