The Greater Manchester Apprenticeship and Careers Service (GMACS) website features a yellow chat button. Students and young people tap the button to chat with employment experts during standard business hours. An after-hours email option sends the user's question to an expert for a response the next business day. Interactive career features and live chat with GMACS staffers are elements of the Young Person's Guarantee related to career development.
