Kelowna, BC Public Restroom Pop-Up Pilot
The 20-foot structure contains two full-sized restrooms with lighting and water access. City officials are working with PEOPLE Employment Services to staff the pop-up restrooms with formerly homeless attendants. The initial pilot takes place in the busy Queensway neighborhood to determine long-term viability.
