The City of Poughkeepsie launched PK Connect, a free iOS and Android app that lets residents report non-emergency problems, track progress and receive real-time updates. Residents can snap a photo of an issue and pinpoint it on a map, covering concerns like potholes, garbage and recycling, graffiti, streetlight outages, illegal dumping and code enforcement.
