The Crowdfund Kent platform offers a fundraising avenue for local charities and organizations. The council and Spacehive provide training on successful campaigns during the one-month proposal period. Kent County maintains a £500,000 matching fund with up to £20,000 contributed toward campaigns nearing their goals. Early Crowdfund Kent campaigns included a new truck for a volunteer group and converting a vacant building into a creative education center.
