Apartment and multi-family property owners apply for free evaluations by council-approved auditors. Each assessment determines eco-friendly alternatives for energy, waste, and water practices. These recommendations range from rooftop solar panels to smart ventilation sensors. Program participants select their preferred upgrades supported by Lane Cove Council. This pilot generates case studies that demonstrate the viability of future projects to partners and property owners.
