The Mark is issued to hotels, venues, and tourism operators who commit to accessible spaces. Participants provide services for families and patrons of all ability levels. Inclusive Places Charter Mark recipients provide ongoing equality awareness training to their staff members. The city first piloted the program with seven venues operated by National Museums Liverpool (NML). NML received the Mark for creating sensory tours and a breastfeeding-friendly charter.
