Building Green Skills Youth Training offers free courses and Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards to students. Participating residents aged 18 to 24 learn about sustainable building components like solar panels, batteries, and LED lighting. The council will evaluate how the pilot fills in-demand jobs before accepting additional students.
