Montgomery County, MD Small Business Rental Assistance

Montgomery County launched a $1 million Small Business Rental Assistance program. The program was designed to support local businesses that are making less than $500,000 a year, retain fewer than six employees, and provide critical resources to the community. Qualifying businesses can receive up to $10,000 in rental assistance or three months of rent. The program will be administered by the Latino Economic Development Center in partnership with the County’s Business Advancement Team.
