The six-week pilot arranged internships for residents aged 18 to 24 who are interested in council employment. Participants rotated through roles in event management, public works, library services, and other departments. Project partner Youth Pathways provided guidance throughout the program on how skills and experiences translate to future career choices. Each Trailblazer intern selected an area of interest for 20 hours of hands-on experience to conclude the program.
