St. Louis, MO Project R & R Incentives Home Care Employees

City officials identified in-home care as an important service suffering from high staff turnover. Project R & R offered $500 gift cards to employees who worked 250 hours with participating providers. Additional $500 incentives were available to participants who reported an additional 250 hours on the job. Part-time and full-time employees were eligible and used the FORWARD platform for registration. St. Louis allocated federal ARPA funding for Project R & R.
