Invision360's EHCP Tool converted a paper-based process into a digital one in 10 weeks. Council staff can collaborate across departments on effective EHCPs for 1,700 children with multi-faceted needs. Adopting the EHCP Tool resulted in uniform plan design, new insights about plan outcomes, and simplified quality assurance.
