The Critical Home Repair Program provides up to $10,000 per household for fixes made by the Habitat for Humanity of Smith County. Tyler approved a complementary Targeted Home Repair Program for households near the Hidden Palace subdivision. Successful applicants received assistance with accessibility or safety concerns in their homes. Each program required the applicant to reside in the property and earn up to 80% of the city's median income.
