Council officials partnered with RecycleSmart to divert some of the 20% of landfill waste that can be recycled. RecycleSmart offers a free monthly pickup of two bags of select recyclables from Willoughby residents. Households use the program's website or app to request the collection of clothing, electronics, and soft plastics. This pilot offers additional pickups for $2 AUD per bag.
