The City of Tempe has updated its Tempe 311 mobile app to serve as a one-stop-shop for city services and connecting residents with their city. The app update gives users new mapping and search functions and the ability to track their ongoing requests. In addition, because of its automation of accepting requests, the city has seen faster turnaround times to finding resolutions for citizens' issues.
