The city of Aalst created a parking card system to guarantee public parking spaces especially for home healthcare providers. The parking card allows healthcare providers and healthcare organization members, recognized by the RIZIV/INAMI, to park for up to one hour for free in paying zones, blue zones and in resident parking spaces. The parking card care provider only has to pay 121 euros per year per card.
